Real Transformations: Stories from My Clients

Previously, I would lay on the couch watching Netflix, with a whole list of things I needed to do replaying in my head, without being able to complete any of them. The first EMDR session was very pleasant and familiar to experience (Larissa is a really sweet woman!)
She takes her time for you and really pulls you through it.

After the session, my head really felt a lot lighter, and the next day I was already able to start working on the list in my head. And I even made a schedule for myself to work on it step by step. Also, I do the repeat exercises in which you really learn to look at yourself less negatively and work more with a positive mindset.
