Yes, you’ve booked your first session or a program like the Self-Love Activation. My goal is to provide you with quality care and guidance to help you achieve your goals. Below you will find some important information about your sessions, billing, and my cancellation and no-show policy.
What to Expect During Your Session
During your sessions, I will work with you to understand your challenges and find solutions. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. I use evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, Resource Development and Installation (RDI), and other therapeutic approaches that fit your situation.
Billing
If you have booked individual EMDR sessions and are not participating in a specific program, the cost of a session is €80 per hour, including VAT. Invoices are provided by email at the end of each session and must be paid within 14 days. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, cash, or a Tikkie.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
I understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To manage my time efficiently and to serve other clients, I have the following cancellation and no-show policy:
Cancellations:
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done by phone or email.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee may be charged unless it is due to an emergency or force majeure. The fee is €40 (50% of the session cost).
No-Shows:
- If you do not show up for the scheduled time without notification, the full session cost of €80 will be charged.
- In the case of repeated no-shows without notification, I reserve the right to discontinue further treatments.
Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive late for your appointment, this may result in a shortened session. The full session cost of €80 will be charged regardless of the shortened duration of the session.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full session cost will be charged.
Emergencies and Force Majeure:
- I understand that situations beyond your control may arise. In the case of an emergency or force majeure, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the cancellation. In such cases, the above fees may be waived.
Rescheduling Appointments:
- If you are unable to attend an appointment, I encourage you to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. This allows me to help other clients on the waiting list and to continue your care without unnecessary interruption.
